We aim to provide extensive product knowledge, quality products and outstanding customer service to all of our customers. The conditions of sale are set out below so that you are aware of all the important details before placing your order. The provision of products and services through our web site is on the basis of these terms and conditions. You agree to provide true, accurate and current information about yourself, where required, in return for using and benefiting from our web site.
We take great care to check all specifications such as weight, colours, descriptions, sizes etc. However, the manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications and make improvements to the products without notice. Therefore, all details are to be taken as approximate.
Prices and payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Payment methods are as follows:

Most major credit and debit cards and PayPal payments can be taken online using the secure VBV and Master Card Secure Code technologies.
All products ordered and delivery costs (if applicable) must be paid for in full and authorised before the goods are dispatched. In the event that there is a problem with processing your payment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery times and charges
Your product will be ready for dispatch from between approximately 4 to 14 weeks from the date of order. We operate a 24-hour (Monday to Friday) courier service, meaning that once your product is ready for dispatch, you should normally receive it the next working day. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery can sometimes take up to 3 working days and we will notify you of this when possible. This applies to the UK MAINLAND & NON-REMOTE AREAS ONLY. If you live in a REMOTE area, please contact us for further information regarding delivery times.
All courier deliveries must be signed for by the customer or a family member at the designated address given at the time of ordering. Identification of the card holder must be shown (e.g. Driving Licence, Passport or a utility bill). Some smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail by Recorded Delivery and must be signed for on delivery. Items sent by Royal Mail normally take 1 to 4 working days to arrive.
In the event that you are not in at the delivery address when the courier attempts to deliver, the driver will leave a card with instructions to call the depot. Response to this must be made within 2 days. You can collect your parcel from the courier’s local depot (you must take photo ID with you such as a passport or driving licence) or arrange redelivery. The parcel will be kept at the depot for up to five days before it is returned to Hartan Mercedes-Benz IE/UK. In this instance, you will be liable for the courier charges incurred. If you then require Hartan Mercedes-Benz IE/UK to resend your order, a re-delivery charge will be incurred which must be paid prior to posting. This charge is dependent on the weight of the parcel. If you cancel your order at this stage, we will deduct the cost of the return delivery from your refund.
*Anti-fraud security measure: We will ONLY deliver the goods purchased from Hartan Mercedes-Benz IE/UK to the billing address of the card holder when the purchase is made using a credit or debit card. Several security checks are run by our banking systems against your card and the details you provide. If the fraud score comes back high or if the address is different from that to which your card is registered, we may need to see proof of address. This can consist of a picture of a bill head or official letter with your name at the delivery address you have provided. We will not need to see the contents of the letter; it is merely proof to us that you are a legitimate purchaser.
We understand that this process can appear confusing, but it not only protects us but helps in the fight against fraud. We successfully intercept an average of 2-3 fraudulent transactions per week. If the purchase is funded using PayPal, we will send goods ONLY to the ‘confirmed’ address on your PayPal account. If we receive an order with an ‘unconfirmed’ PayPal address, we will cancel the order and refund the amount debited without prior notice.
Out of stock items
In the event that your order is out of stock (or pre-order) we will contact you as soon as possible and advise you of an estimated timescale for fulfilment of your order. Once the goods arrive in stock, we will notify you of their dispatch. You have the right to cancel your order if you are notified that the item is out of stock when it is advertised as in stock. A full refund will be issued no later than 30 working days upon receiving your cancellation. For legisitical reasons, some items are not available to dispatch for 5 to 10 days, but we always ensure the relevant product page gives this information.
As an internet consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This gives you time to inspect and consider your purchase. Your cancellation notice must be received in writing via e-mail, quoting your order number and date of purchase so that we can identify your order promptly. It is essential that you take reasonable care of the product, and its packaging, whilst it is in your possession. Any labels attached to the product internally or externally must still be attached. The product must be securely packaged in its original packaging and returned at the expense of the consumer. Your original order payment will then be refunded within 30 working days. Items which have been used will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. Please note this includes orders which are cancelled after despatch has taken place. Any items not correctly packaged or not in the original packaging will be subject to a re-packaging charge, which will be calculated on an individual basis.
Please note that strollers must only be tried indoors when deciding if they are suitable. If tested outdoors, the cost of new wheels will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty and refunds
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the product we have supplied, please contact Hartan Mercedes-Benz IE/UK immediately. If you have not received authorisation to return a product, the package will be refused. Proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase will be required so that we can locate a copy of your order.
If a decision is made that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser’s expense. If it is found upon inspection that a manufacturing fault exists this will be rectified at our expense and any carriage costs incurred by the purchaser will be refunded.
Please note that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged in the original packaging. Hartan Mercedes-Benz IE/UK will not accept any items that have not been correctly packaged or that we have not authorised. In addition, Hartan Mercedes-Benz IE/UK accept no responsibility for items damaged in transit.
In relation to complaints, we consider the manufacturer’s inspection and decision to be final at all times. Should a fault develop which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser’s expense. We reserve the right to send replacement parts to purchasers if their purchase is more than 28 days old. In the event that we send replacement parts, you may need to send back to us the parts being replaced, if requested.
Purchasers are expected to use their products strictly in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations at all times. Hartan Mercedes-Benz IE/UK will not be held responsible for any damage or injury to the purchaser or any third party using this product.
Right of refuse to supply
Hartan Mercedes-Benz IE/UK maintain the right to refuse to supply items to individuals or companies at our discretion.
